Implementing an ERP system is more than the technical aspects of the project, which is basically being on time and on budget within all the quality standards. Effective ERP implementation should also be about the people side of the project. If the performing organization implements the ERP system in such a way that the rest of the organization can’t or won’t use it quickly and efficiently, then the project is not a success! If you or your organization are implementing an ERP system or are having trouble getting effective utilization from your ERP system this presentation is for you. This PDM presentation will introduce you to a structured approach to change management. It will show you how to deal with the people side of your ERP implementation and/or utilization and will give you a set of tools for identifying and dealing with resistance.
