Check back soon for additional details.Attend this special presentation by USC Engineering Professor Raymond Rakhshani showcasing the results of a recent study of world class corporate performance by several prominent universities in the U.S. The focus will be on the importance of "Strategic Alignment," use of key metrics to manage performance and the "Lean Enterprise Model" common to many of the companies that have been able to achieve World Class performance.
