MB is an Operations Professional with over 20 years experience in aviation and high tech industries.  Currently, he is the Material Requirements Planning Manager for the Strike Systems and Surveillance Division at Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Systems.   His area of responsibility entails overseeing the analysis and release of requirements, supporting the NGCAS sector implementation of SAP software, and Chairman of the Northrop Grumman APICS CPIM program.  The NGAS APICS Council provides continuous CPIM educational opportunities to NGC employees across the US.  
MB's strengths include program management, scheduling and planning, materials, and manufacturing.  Over the years he has been able to promote operational improvements through his understanding of supply chain management principles, lean philosophies, JIT Material, product development, and manufacturing processes.  MB earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and is also currently pursuing his CPIM.
