Harry Oei has 7 years of experience in the transportation/logistics field. His specialty is in bid management. He has been able to incorporate business process concepts into this area from various disciplines, such as project management and lean six sigma.

In addition to APICS, Harry is an active member of various professional associations: Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society Quality (ASQ) and Toastmasters International (TI). Besides holding the APICS CSCP certification, he currently has certifications and designations in the various areas: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Distinguish ToastMaster (DTM).

In 2011, Harry served on the CSCP cut score item writing committee of APICS. Also, he has taught classes for the PMP preparatory course. Furthermore, he has held officer positions at the club and district level for Toastmasters. He currently serves as president of his local Toastmasters club.

Harry has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College and Master of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
