Cascade Mittman works as a Material Requirements Support Analyst for Northrop Grumman, where she validates signaled part requirements and aligns schedules in order to ensure on-time delivery and efficient order quantities, minimizing holding costs and maximizing productivity.

Cascade’s experience in the aerospace industry, started as an intern with Northrop Grumman in the Summer of 2010, allowing numerous opportunities to see the company’s different departments work together as a unit. Now as an MRP Analyst she uses the knowledge gained from the internship program to focus on specific details in MRP that can have significant impacts on the supply chain on a larger scale. Cascade also has extensive knowledge of targeting and advancing leadership styles toward a common goal, through working in a professional development program with the Eller College of Management. She is also an active member of the NGCAS APICS Council.

Cascade Mittman is a graduate of the University of Arizona, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating on Accounting and Operations Management. She is also furthering her education by working to complete a certificate from the California State University of Dominquez Hills in Production and Inventory Control.
