PROGRAM OVERVIEW: 

We've all heard or experienced the phenomenon of how social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and blogs) has opened new channels of communication between individuals in a meaningful and highly interactive way.

Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn have also allowed organizations to hear directly from customers at a volume unheard of even five years ago. Social media offers new means with which to deliver news and events, new product roll outs and other initiatives that benefit the community at large.

 

But is a social media presence enough to ensure a high (or low) customer satisfaction level?  What does it really take to grow lifelong customers?  What are the secrets held by businesses with exceptional customer service reputations?

 

Join APICS Los Angeles Chapter and American Society of Quality - Los Angeles Section on September 11, 2013 in an interactive panel discussion featuring representatives from premiere "customer satisfaction" corporations.  Learn what it takes to make (or break!) a significant leap in service levels.  

 

Please note :  All funds collected from this event will support our student team sponsorship to the February 2014 APICS West Coast Student Case Competition.
