Oct Professional Development Meeting:
The Art of the Turnaround
Speaker:  Bob Lane, Founder/President, of laneOPX

The Art of the Turnaround: developing lean supply chains to help struggling companies succeed.
The focus of traditional lean manufacturing is delivering value to the customer. The primary mechanism for improvement is removing waste from the organization’s processes with the customer’s needs in mind.

This engaging presentation will describe methods and concepts you can use to develop the best opportunities to build a lean supply chain. Examples from implementing best practices to turnaround distressed manufacturing companies will be included.
