October Professional Development Meeting:  
Collaboration/Coordination/Cooperation - What's the Big Difference?
 
 
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: 
Discover the benefits, pitfalls, and differences between Collaboration, Coordination, and Cooperation.  Are you really cooperating when you think you are collaborating?  Does your team need less cooperation and more collaboration?   This engaging and interactive presentation will clarify the big differences between these three crucial goal-achieving and teamwork methods.
 
This Professional Development Meeting will be held the evening before our new Certified Sales and Operations Planning Certification (CS&OP) workshop.
   
 

 ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Lindsay Brown has worked at Intel over 12 years with jobs ranging from Product Planner, Project Manager, to Senior Material Planner. She also is currently running the training program for her Organization of over 700+ employees. This position has allowed her to train many employees all over the world while also developing new classes as needed. She has conducted training in places such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Costa Rica, China, and Japan.

Lindsay is also an Adjunct Professor at Thunderbird  School of Global Management in Phoenix Arizona. She is currently teaching Operations Management.

Lindsay received her B.A. in Business Management and MBA in Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She became APICS CPIM certified in 2008 and is a certified instructor endorsed by APICS Los Angeles Chapter.
