Executive Management Night:
Empowering our Most Important Resource through Lean Thinking

Presented by:  "Cameron Hansen, President, Master Coach, Lean Strategies International

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Behind every strategy, tactic or procedure lies the mind, heart and hands of our most important resource; our employees.  Without people we simply could not function.  History has shown us that with people we not only can function but create, innovate and improve every day.

How would you like all of your resources operating at 100% of their potential and then showing up the next day to do it again?  How would you like to work in an environment that supported development and teamwork focusing on continuously improving every day?  What if you came into work and never even knew what struggles existed, they just got taken care of….

In today’s day and age it has never been more important for organizations to empower and utilize their full capacity and harness 100% of their potential.  Although Lean is widely recognized throughout the world for its unique ability to remove waste, burden and misbalanced systems, the strategy embraces a people centric culture using all its resources to leverage great strength and new opportunities.

This professional development meeting we will jump into 5 key topics that will allow you to support the empowerment of yourself and others, those 5 topics are;
1.        Giving people a Vision they can align their objectives with.
2.        Making life as easy as possible- Muda, Muri and Mura.
3.        Developing people, Shu-Ha-Ri.
4.        Checking In on people (Go and See).
5.        Recognition and Rewards for people.

Attendees can expect to gain a wealth of Lean and continuous improvement knowledge during this professional development meeting that will assist in the empowerment of people and the transformation of culture.
